I like: to spend about two hours tonight in my room thinking about my self and my projects for tomorrow in a way to Review what I’ve done for necessary corrections as well as To manage and to save the time.

I hate: the way sometimes I have to change my decisions because I prefer thinking and analyzing them before rather Than changing them after.

I started Architecture because I feel it is my talent and I wanted to be an architect since my childhood. so I hope I will get there.

I think to practice Architecture need to love working with pen while thinking and to be based to the context because to me there is no recipe for a good architect, what must be maintained is a feeling of well thinking and working every time for better and sustainable changes. So I think this will also help while acting in Rwanda Because we’ve our own history which can be a better source to Inspire our Architecture.

Why I started architecture: What made me to study architecture is to improve lifestyle of people.

My Idea of Rwanda: Rwanda is small country with high speed of development and immeasurable hospitality and security.

My Idea of Architecture: Architecture start by understanding problem then create a problem to solve a problem, it doesn’t matter how a problem have been solved, what matter is how it fit in environment and how it help the users today and in future.

To be a good architect is to have position and be flexible.

My idea of Architecture and Rwanda: My idea about architecture of Rwanda is that Rwanda does not have a position in terms Architecture which make it difficult to identify Rwandan Architecture, it needs a lot changes in terms of Architecture to find a framework on which to build architecture which fit in Rwanda.

Why I started architecture: To help create a new image of Rwanda through an improvement of the design of the built environment.

My idea of Rwanda: Rwanda is a country that is rebuilding itself after being destroyed and is developing at a high speed, and its population is growing quickly so it needs a well land use management and a better design of its built environment to become a better place than it is now. It has a bad past but we should come together as its population and make a better future.

My idea of architecture: I believe Architecture has the ability of improving the life in a country, and how architecture is seen tells a lot about a place: its economy, history, culture,... and it has an impact on people's lives; that is why I think it has to be true, really reflect the life and culture of places and answer people's needs.
